Sam will be competing against twelve phenomenal chefs from around North Carolina. The chefs will be vying for the title NCRLA Chef of the Year. Small plates/heavy hors d’oeuvres will be sampled by attendees and a panel of judges before the winner is revealed.
NCRLA’s website shares that guests can “Expect a fast-paced evening with outstanding cuisine, tastings of the finest spirits, wine and beer, and great conversation with your peers. This is one hot ticket, and it’s expected to sell out quickly.”
The competition will be held on August 29, 2016 in Raleigh. The showdown will also include a mixology contest, so attendees will sample fantastic small plates, desserts and cocktails – all in addition to the outstanding networking opportunities.
